Sibylle Lenz, PhD (Chief Executive Officer)
Dr. Lenz assumed her current position as Chief Executive Officer in August 2010. Before joining Alligator Bioscience, Dr. Lenz served as the Vice President, Corporate Business Development at Dako A/S from 2008-2010. Earlier in her career, Dr. Lenz held several senior positions within both R&D and commercial areas in H. Lundbeck A/S.
Dr. Lenz completed her PhD in Medicinal Chemistry from Copenhagen University, Faculty of Pharmacy, Denmark.
Christina Furebring, PhD (Vice President, Research)
Dr. Furebring assumed her current position as Vice President, Research in 2006 and has been a member of the Management Team since 2001. Dr Furebring is one of the founders of the FIND (Fragment Induced Diversity) technology, that has been a cornerstone in the Company since its inception. Dr. Furebring has been responsible for the validation of the technology platform and has established numerous partner collaborations involving FIND over the past 10 years. Dr. Furebring has more than 20 years of experience with protein and antibody optimization. Dr. Furebring completed her PhD in Immunotechnology from Lund University, Sweden.
Per Norlén, M.D, Associate Professor (Chief Medical Officer, Vice President, Development)
Dr. Norlén is Chief Medical Officer and Vice President Development at Alligator Bioscience since September 2010. Dr. Norlén has 10 years of drug development experience, from medic at phase I clinical pharmacology units, to design and interpretation within the pharmaceutical industry. Before joining Alligator Bioscience, Dr. Norlén was employed at AstraZeneca R&D for 4 years, as Senior Clinical Pharmacology Physician and Global Discipline Leader of Clinical Pharmacology Physicians, with responsibility for phase I/II clinical trials within respiratory and inflammation. Dr. Norlén is M.D., PhD, board certified specialist in Clinical Pharmacology, and Associate Professor in Experimental and Clinical Pharmacology.
Jennifer Glennon, B.S (Chief Financial Officer)
Ms. Glennon assumed her current position as Chief Financial Officer in November 2011. Ms. Glennon brings to the team over fifteen years of broad-based senior management responsibilities on the accounting, finance, and international operations management and control, within both publically held and venture backed private companies. Prior to Alligator, Ms. Glennon served as Chief Financial Officer the life science focused investment advisory firm of Nordic Biotech Advisors ApS from 2008-2011. Prior Nordic Biotech, Ms. Glennon spent over 10 years working for Maxygen, Inc., a California based biotechnology firm, in various senior international finance roles.
