SCALA-11 Human Antibody Library
The Antibody Library is a fully human synthetic scFv library (>1010) based on a selected light chain of kappa origin and heavy chain in order to have optimized properties such as stability, expression levels, dimerization etc. The diversity is restricted to defined positions in four of the six CDR loops; CDR-H1, CDR-H2, CDR-H3 and CDR-L3.
The FIND® technology
Alligator Bioscience’s powerful in vitro based antibody and protein optimization technology, FIND® (Fragment Induced Diversity), creates functional libraries from which optimal variants of potential drug development candidates can be selected. The FIND® technology can be used to redesign virtually any characteristics of an antibody or protein and these characteristics can then be translated into significant clinical benefits, such as higher efficacy and potency, improved safety and decreased antigenicity.
