Board of Alligator Bioscience AB has decided in accordance with the terms of issuance to extend the subscription period, with and without preferential rights, to 29 May 2012. Payment of the shares with preferential rights shall be made by that date. Payment for shares subscribed without subscription rights shall be according to instructions on the contract note sent out by the company.
