Drug Development Candidate ADC-1004 has been shown to reduce myocardial infarction in a porcine ischemia reperfusion injury model. As part of the development program Alligator has generated additional dose response data in pigs for ADC-1004. A clear dose response relationship could not be demonstrated. More animal studies are needed, which will delay the ADC-1004 development plans. This has led Alligator to re-prioritize between the Drug Development Candidates and to take the decision to focus resources on another pipeline project, ADC-1013. This monoclonal antibody is the most advanced project within IMCAN, Alligator´s cutting edge concept for local IMmunotherapy of CANcer. ADC-1013 is expected to enter clinical trials in 2013.
