Alligator Bioscience AB raises 43 MSEK in directed new share issue.
March 31st , 2011 Alligator Bioscience AB has raised 43 MSEK in a new round of equity financing. Mainly new institutional investors participated in the financing. The larger part was invested by the Nordic venture capital investor Sunstone Capital. Price per share in the directed new share issue was 12 SEK per share. Alligator Bioscience AB intends to do a share issue to current owners with the same price, 12 SEK per share, later this spring. Prospectus and terms will be published in May.
